Several Toyota/Lexus owners report that Insure Connect-style consents appear under Data Privacy Portal rather than the main connected-services screen. If you only cancel the subscription, you may still leave driving-data sharing enabled. Check the vehicle-specific consent toggles, not just billing.
Resetting the head unit is not enough if the vehicle still appears in your phone app. After erase/reset, open the OEM app and confirm the VIN is gone. If it remains, call support and request account/vehicle unlink before the dealer takes possession.
